Dan, who is our managing broker and one of our agents, first came to Manzanillo in August of 1970, from Chicago Illinois and is a permanent resident. He has been involved in real estate sales, rentals, and property management for over 20 years. He knows Manzanillo well and represents unique properties. Leo has been a resident on Manzanillo for 25 years. He is a graduate of Universidad de Atemajac and has also recently completed a six month course for real estate professionals given by Unversidad Univa in co-operation with AMPI. My Spouse and I first discovered Manzanillo in 1997 and instantly fell in love with the city and the people. We returned every year increasing the length of our stay until Manzanillo felt more like home than Victoria, B.C. Canada. With each vacation new friends both Mexican and North Americans became a part of our family here and in July of 2004 we bought a home in Santiago in anticipation of our retirements. We moved here permanently on June 5, 2005 and we are now Residente Permanante of our adopted country.<\/p>\n
